These chairs are made by Irwin Seating.
Irwin Seating's factory is in Michigan, so the chairs are made in the USA.
The name of the chair model is The Signature.
The Irwin Signature is a chair that is still in production, and parts are available in the future, if ever needed  from the factories parts department.
We took these used chairs out of a movie theater in Dublin California, that is why we call it the "Irwin Dublin" theater seating.
The chairs are 22" wide, measured center-to-center.
They are 38-inches tall.
The chairs have a grey woven fabric upholstery, with a black leatherette headrest.
The chairs have lift-up cup holder armrests.
Fixed backs.
Made to go onto a level floor.

The backs will all be put together.
The seat bottoms will all be put together.
The leg with its armrest will all be put together.
So you will have to attach the backs and seat bottoms to the legs.
The hardware to attach the backs and seat bottoms to the legs is included.
