Returns
We have a 30-day inspection period for items described as working.  Returns are accepted if your item arrives DOA or is not as described. We try to fully examine everything prior to listing and thoroughly describe each item, but sometimes things slip through the cracks, especially when dealing with used merchandise.  If the item received was wrong or not the same as shown in the product listing, we will require you to send actual photo/s of the item received, along with its packaging (showing the label on the package). This is our SOP, for record purposes.  Once we receive a return we immediately verify the serial numbers and identify item with the photos you sent us and the ones we took prior to shipment.  Once fully authenticated, we continue to process your refund as soon as possible.
Please note we do not accept returns for listings described "AS IS."
