For sale is a beautiful Reproduction Chatty Cathy Doll in great working condition. This is the 23783 20" doll in original box and packaging.  I tested her neck cord, and she immediately and clearly asked: "Do You like mynew holiday dress?"  A hairnet covers her head, though it looks like it may have been taken off before. She has a plaid hair tie ribbon in her hair that matches the beautiful, very clean holiday plaid dress she is wearing. She has black felt shoes and white lacey socks. Her paperwork/story book is still sealed and fastened in the box, and she has a little shoe horn affixed to the box. I don't know if this doll originally had a wrist tag of any kind or whether it's in with the paperwork, but there is nothing attached to her wrist. Her eyes almost look pink. This doll has no stains or odors, and the box is in very good condition, although the seal tab is torn where it was originally opened. It does appear that she may have been displayed, since her felt shoes have some dust/lint and her plaid dress appears to me to have some light fading.  Her box will ship double-boxed inside a cardboard shipping box with appropriate packaging. The shipping weight is 6 pounds.

However, eBay’s Global Shipping program may not permit combined shipping for international buyers. Also, I am not ever able to provide international returns.
As of 2019, many states have begun to require that eBay sellers charge sales tax on purchases made from residents of their state. If your state requires sales tax payment, that tax payment will show up on your invoice for final payment. I am sorry about this added cost, but it is a requirement of your state, and not a cent goes to me. Payment for purchases are expected within 3 days of auction end.
