PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for winning bids should be received NO LATER THAN 2 DAYS from the end of auction. If we do not receive payment within 2 days, we will consider the auction cancelled and a NON-PAYING-BIDDER ALERT will be filed automatically. Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax.
WARRANTY
All products are sold with a standard 14 Day DOA warranty OR as stated within the ad with no other warranty expressed or implied. The warranty coverage starts on the day you receive the product.
Warranty is limited to actual purchase price of the the product.
Techretire is not responsible for any damages or other losses caused by the use of the product.
If the product is defective, we reserve the right to either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
Some items may carry a manufacturers warranty. We CANNOT guarantee that the manufacturers warranty is transferrable or valid and make NO claims as such. It is the buyers responsibility to apply for the transfer of any manufacturers warranty.
Refunds for errors on the buyer's part will be reduced by fees/expenses incurred by the seller such as Ebay fees, Pay Pal fees, Shipping  & Handling, plus a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.
