United Parcel Service  Peoples Workshop Desk Award in 1987, as seen on pics received 9/16/1987 in Dallas tx. This was training to better communicate with drivers. You drivers reading this don't comment on how effective this was. :)). Interesting fact this training was performed at the American Airlines Learning center Dallas. It is where all flight attendants are trained. It  was quite the atmosphere for learning. It may be why we were not successful with this training due to all the distractions
